How long are products valid for?
Dayrider products are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This should give you plenty of time to use up your travel credit.
Period Passes have a validity of 12 months or 52 weeks. Therefore if you purchase a 4 week pass, you need to start using it by the latest 48 weeks after you topped up.
